How are the prices so low? What's the catch?

WordPress is a free piece of software so anything that is created for the platform is distributed with the General Public License (GPL) This means that the software is free to distribute or re-sell. Creators use this as a source of extra income as they can sell their items in bulk without providing extra technical support. In some cases, a plugin or theme update may be slightly delayed.

Are the files modified in any way?

The files are all the exact same original and unmodified files you would found through developers or third-party shopping platforms. We not modify the files in any way and every file is also security scanned to prevent the spread of viruses and malware.

It's asking me for license activation?

This is normal and you can ignore the message. This only shows up on the backend of your WordPress site so your website users will never know. The purpose of a license is for full technical support from the original developer as well as automated updates. To activate a license, you need to purchase the original software from the developer.

Do you offer technical support?

We only offer basic purchase, installation and setup support but do not provide technical support or customisation services. To get these, you need to purchase an original license from the developer.

How many sites can I use it on?

You can use the WordPress plugins and themes on as many sites as you want. There is no limit!

How can I update my theme/plugin?
